Processing Times

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed.
  • Orders placed over the weekend will be fulfilled starting Monday or Tuesday, depending on order volumes.

Shipping Details

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that couriers may take a few days to update tracking details.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: $7.77 AUD (6–12 days).
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $150 AUD qualify for free shipping.
  • External factors like weather, courier delays, weekends, or holidays may impact delivery times, but we’ll do our best to keep things on track.

Important Note

  • Double-check your shipping address to ensure accuracy. We cannot take responsibility for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses.

Failed Delivery

We understand how frustrating a failed delivery can be, and we’re here to help:

  • Re-Delivery: Depending on courier policies, we’ll coordinate re-delivery if possible.
  • Additional Fees: If the failed delivery is due to incorrect address details or unavailability, courier fees for re-delivery may apply.
  • Avoiding Issues: Please ensure your delivery details are accurate and that someone is available to receive the package on the estimated delivery day.
