Refund Policy

We’re here to help! Please read through our policy to ensure a smooth experience.

  • Double-Check Your Order: Take a moment to review your order before placing it to avoid any inconvenience.

  • Size/Color Changes: Need to adjust your size or color? Email us at  wecare@7millions.com.au before your order is fulfilled, and we’ll do our best to help. Once fulfilled, changes can’t be made.

  • Order Cancellations: Unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel orders once they are confirmed.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • Time Frame: You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Just email us at  wecare@7millions.com.au, and we’ll guide you through it.
  • Returns: We offer store credit for returns. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with tags attached.
  • Shipping Costs: You’ll need to cover return shipping fees ($9.85 flat rate), and shipping costs are non-refundable. For refunds, the original shipping cost will be excluded.
  • For AU Customers: Please note a $20 CAD customs fee may apply for returns.

Damages or Incorrect Items: If there’s an issue with your order, let us know right away! Email us upon receiving the item, and we’ll work to make things right.

Final Sale Items: Items marked “Final Sale” can’t be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Please double-check your order to ensure it’s perfect for you.

Lost/Stolen Packages: If your package goes missing, let us know within 2 weeks of delivery confirmation. While we’re unable to take responsibility for lost or stolen packages with correct addresses, we’ll do what we can to assist.
